SHIPPING POLICY We ship our posters rolled in sturdy carton tubes or flat packages, depending upon the poster/s size and quantity.
Shipping takes place within three working days after payment and customers are always advised via e-mail when payment is received.

Shipments are made via Registered Air Mail or International Couriers. We recommend to choose International Couriers for high value shipments (delivery in three/four days, shipment status trackable on-line). Large linenbacked posters may only be shipped via International Couriers.
A summary of the handling/shipping cost charges follows:

Registered Air Mail

- USD 10 to Europe, North America and Japan. Contact us for other destinations.
- For multiple shipments, USD 2 for each additional item included in the same
  parcel.

International Couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)

- USD 25 to Europe, North America and Japan. Contact us for other destinations.
- For multiple shipments, USD 4 for each additional item included in the same
  parcel.
A specific shipping cost needs to be agreed when shipping large linenbacked posters, due to weight and parcel size.


RETURNS POLICY Our return rate is very low, below 0.5%.
However, when purchasing goods on-line some differences may occur between the buyer's expectations and the actual item conditions, even if they were accurately described.

No problem. Just send poster/s back within 10 days after receipt and we will refund you the price paid, excluding the shipping charges. No explanation needed.
